Our first meeting with you will be a discovery meeting. We’ll gather information on how you currently manage daily projects, processes and team members. We’ll also look into what systems and software you are using,
We’ll ask about your “pain points.” Where does your current workflow seem to hit a bottleneck? Which tasks are suffering from a lack of attention because of this? Together, we’ll identify areas of your administrative processes you can either streamline and optimize for efficiency or delegate out. Working with you to break those processes into action steps, we’ll create a custom game plan for your business and recommend online apps and software to keep you on track.
We recommend beginning work with a “dating” project to address a single issue. This allows us to assess how well we work together before moving forward with further work.
