Hi, I’m Cheryl Deluca
I support business owners with day-to-day administrative and operational support to grow and manage their impact easily and joyfully.
I’m a proud Nova Scotia native who cherishes the beauty and spirit of living here. Growing up with a father in the Navy meant moving frequently across Canada and overseas. This nomadic lifestyle blessed me with many unique experiences and a love for travel. Despite these adventures, returning to Nova Scotia always felt like coming home.
When I founded Virtual Success, I was working as a Virtual Assistant. I gained extensive experience in various corporate administrative settings, where I honed my administrative and customer service skills.
Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated a solid ability to adapt to change and continuously learn new skills as business applications and technology evolve. I find joy in mastering new systems and processes. Witnessing the transformative power of well-implemented systems has been a constant throughout my administrative roles.
The desire to offer more comprehensive services led me to undertake training as an Online Business Manager. I have expanded my offerings to include OBM Services in addition to the Virtual Administrative Services I already offer. I see my ‘zone of genius’ in systems and automation. My belief in the power of systems and automation has remained steadfast, translating into a dedicated and committed approach to every task I undertake.
When I’m not working as an OBM, I love to indulge my creativity. Cooking is a passion of mine, and I’m always experimenting with new dishes and styles. I often work on other creative projects, ranging from photography and crochet to oil painting and, most recently, watercolour painting. This passion for creativity fuels my work and brings a unique perspective to every task.
